Genuine account-related emails from Elavon will always – and only – be from an email address ending @elavon.com.
Always remember to double check the domain and pay close attention to the spelling - especially if the email asks you to share information.
If you’re unsure, please talk to our team on 0345 050 0195 or forward the email to fraud.management@elavon.com.
Keeping your account secure is one of our top priorities. And your Terms of Service will be effective from 1st March 2023. If you do not contact us prior to this date, you will be deemed to have accepted these changes from this date.
