When Stephen Kennedy opened his first Copper + Straw speciality coffee shop, he had a clear vision in mind.
“I’ve always been interested in the concept of the ‘third space’, that place between your personal life and your work life where you’re comfortable and feel at home,” he explains. “That’s what we tried to create when we opened in Bray in 2018.”
Stephen’s strategy is paying dividends. A second branch, in Dublin’s Arran Quay, followed in June 2021, with a third opening in Aston Quay in summer 2022.
