Refund Transactions: We are currently unable to process refunded transactions to cardholder banks impacted by the sanctions.  We are working with both internal and external parties to determine how to best handle these funds while ensuring that we honour all legal and regulatory obligations.  This means that there is no definitive timeline for when refunds will be posted, and cardholders may be contacting you regarding the status of their refund transaction. 

Sales Transactions:  Any sales transactions that have been processed prior to the effective date of the Visa and Mastercard withdraw dates have been processed and posted to your account.  We are evaluating next steps regarding these sales in cooperation with both Visa and Mastercard.   We will continue to keep you updated.
