Applying for your payment solution is quick and easy and takes around 15 minutes. Create your Elavon account online by completing the form and verifying your email address.
Step 1: Check your eligibility
If you meet the following criteria you can apply online. If you're unsure, call our customer services team.
- You require a single payment terminal from our Start Simple or Growing Up solutions
- Your DBA (doing business address) and legal (registered company) addresses are both registered in the Ireland
- All directors, owners (shareholders) or partners are aged 18 or over
- You are either a sole trader or your business is a partnership, limited liability partnership, private limited company or a trust
Step 2: Gather your documents
You'll need the following documents to complete your application:
- Proof of identification: your passport or driving licence
- Proof of address: for example, a copy of your utility bill from the last three months
- Proof of business banking: a copy of your business bank-account statement from the last three months
If you require more than one device or an online payment solution, you will be unable to apply online.

Step 3: Create your Elavon account and apply online
You will use this account to complete your registration and manage your order. You can save your application at any point and return later by simply registering your details during the application process.
